SPORTS EVENT MANAGEMENT

My journey began as a Chartered Accountant, specializing in corporate finance, investment strategy, and systems audit. Over the years, I held key roles across multinational corporations, investment banks, and private equity firms. But my true passion lay not in boardrooms, but in the transformative power of sports.

In 2019, I founded SGlobal Acumen Pvt. Ltd., with a mission to reimagine India's sports ecosystem – starting from the grassroots. Since then, I've had the privilege of leading some of the country's most prestigious sporting events. Managing the State Olympics and National Games, where over 14,000 athletes competed across 42 disciplines, was a milestone. Equally memorable was the National Youth Festival, uniting more than 8,000 young athletes in a celebration of talent and ambition.

My work has extended across six editions of the Khelo India Youth and University Games, supporting India's rising athletes as they transition into professional arenas. From developing Athlete Management Systems and High-Performance Centres to integrating advanced sports science in training, injury prevention, and analytics – we've focused on turning raw potential into elite performance. More recently, we've introduced skill-based certification programs in areas like sports nutrition, psychology, injury management, and talent identification—creating opportunities for aspiring posbilities .
